Lip blushing is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that enhances the natural shape and color of the lips. Typically done in two sessions, the process involves tattooing specialized pigments onto the lips to create a soft, natural-looking tint. During the initial session, the technician outlines and fills in the lips, carefully customizing the color to complement the client's skin tone and desired look. After the first session, the lips may appear darker than the final result due to swelling and pigment settling. A follow-up session is usually scheduled a few weeks later to touch up any areas and ensure the color is evenly distributed. The result is fuller, more defined lips with a subtle flush of color that can last for months before requiring a touch-up. Lip blushing offers a low-maintenance solution for achieving beautifully tinted lips without the need for daily makeup application.
