Excellent pressure. Friendly. Forgot to massage my left arm. Massage was 45 minutes, not 50. The young lady that checked me out at the front, desk, Andrea, told me my total was $75, right after I heard her telling a customer on the phone that they were offering half off massages with Brooke today, because she is in training. So when she said the total was $75, I said “isn’t it half off”…and she said “oh ok.” Just seemed Pretty odd to me. I also was never told when booking that I was getting a student. I’ve been here many many times, and I love the place in general, but today was just odd.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a longtime Copper Tree Retreat client. We’d like to clarify that Brooke is not a student or intern. She is a newly licensed massage therapist, and we are currently offering a promotional rate on select appointments with her as she builds her clientele and experience. Our advertisements state that specials must be mentioned at booking, check-in, or checkout. We require this because it allows us to accurately track which advertisements are reaching clients and generating appointments. If discounts are automatically applied, we cannot measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Once you mentioned the special at checkout, it was honored. We also appreciate your feedback regarding your service and will address those concerns with Brooke as part of her continued professional development.
