I am an Osteopath who is experienced in deep tissue and manual lymphatic massage, cupping, dry-needling, Neuro-structural integration (NST-Bowen), and joint adjustments (included provided you are comfortable with these and they are appropriate for your health). I treat a diverse range of patients across ages (teens to their grandparents), fitness levels and health histories. Osteopathic treatment feels relaxing, improves how you move and supports your mobility and fitness. I often correct movement or exercise technique to support your recovery and prevent re-injury.

I had my very first appointment with Anya today and I am lost for words. From the very beginning, Anya provided a safe and welcoming approach. She was so professional throughout all areas of her treatment. I had been suffering from my hysterectomy earlier this year and during today's treatment, my body responded instantly to the MLD and a lot of emotional responses too. Which was so very liberating and freeing. I cannot thank Dr Anya enough.
