Messy nu locs, 24" textured soft locs). • A grace period of 15 minutes is given, after 15 mins a late fee of $500 should be paid along with the remaining balance • 30 mins late will be an additional $1,000 and 45 mins late leads to an automatic cancellation • Hair should be clean and product free (no oils) • Hair should be fully detangled. It's a
