Traditional Foot Reflexology is about 55 minutes treatment time and this treatment is on your feet and occasionally lower legs.   (suitable for all clients).  

If required additional moves to support menopause can be added to this treatment.

A warm welcome awaits you at Boisdale Wellness.  Enjoy a seat in the relaxation room with a cuppa or drink of water to begin unwinding.  A catch-up/chat to tailor your treatment to you.

It’s off through to the treatment room.  This is your time and your treatment so your reflexologist will take time to position cushions where you need them and recline the couch to an angle you prefer.  

A fluffy blanket is draped across you and it is time for warm towels to loosen up the feet.  

Using smooth, rhythmical touch to stimulate the nerve endings in your feet to release tension.  Your treatment concludes with revisiting any out of balance reflexes and an endocrine balance.

Please wear clothes which allow access up to the knee. 

Your treatment begins by settling onto the couches with fluffy blankets and pillows.

A short warm towel welcoming routine and application creams are next to begin relaxation and absorption of products.  Twenty five minutes of treatment begins on client one followed by client two’s treatment.

Glass of water each and when you both feel ready come through to the relaxation room for up to 30 minutes for a cuppa, biscuits and catchup.

You are welcome to bring snacks and
crockery and cutlery will be provided.

Zone Face Lift, ASMR Scalp Massage & Facial Cupping

Facial cupping treatments usually result in a healthy facial glow due to increased blood circulation to your face.

Soft silicone facial cupping may help firm and tone your skin and muscles on your face.  Lymphatic drainage may also be improved, under eye puffiness reduced, sculpt the neck and jaw and encourage collagen and elastin production.

During facial reflexology small and medium soft silicone cups glide over the skin in a gentle suction motion for short bursts of between 3 - 5 minutes.  Each area may be cupped up to three times.

Soft facial cups shouldn’t hurt or leave marks and most clients find it soothing and very relaxing.  There might be temporary redness on the skin and sensitive skin may bruise.  Arnica will be applied if any bruising does occur and this should fade in a few hours or days.

Facial cupping may help with excess fluid, sinus congestion, headaches and migraines, teeth grinding or scaring.

12 Points Bergman Method to Relieve Stress works on the same zone theory as traditional reflexology on your feet.

This treatment is around 70 minutes.   Please allow 100 minutes for this appointment at Boisdale Wellness. 

The treatment begins in the relaxation room with a short consultation and analysis of your skin.

A relaxing facial cleanse, tone, scrub which is removed with warm towels.

Face mask is applied and your ASMR head massage begins.

Zone Face Lift facial elixir is applied and facial reflexology begins.

At the end of your treatment relax for up to 20 minutes in the treatment room.

It is strongly advised not to drive for twenty minutes after your treatment.

A relaxing facial cleanse, which is removed with warm towels and facial oil is applied.  Facial reflexology begins before moving  
onto your feet.
