Prenatal Massage 

Cupping therapy is a traditional, safe, and non invasive practice that utilizes the techniques of negative pressure suction cups to decompress the tissue, rather than compression. It has been used for many years to alleviate discomfort in musculoskeletal, dermal, digestive, and psychological conditions. This decompression helps relieve aching muscles and joint stiffness, reduce inflammation and provide relief for many acute and chronic conditions. While some people find cupping to be a unique experience, others find it to be very enjoyable and relaxing. Cups are left on for  10-15 minutes while the therapists massage other areas of your body during that time. Please drink plenty of water before and after your cupping session to flush any toxins.

Cupping Therapy

TMJ Massage is a great noninvasive treatment for TMJ disorders. This massage is different in that it focuses on one specific region of the body around the jaw, head, and neck. Pain can be caused from previous accidents, bad dental work, or grinding and clenching when sleeping at night. Simple everyday movements we take for granted like chewing, speaking, and even smiling(!) can cause pain in this area too. We automatically reach for our temples when we have a headache, but since we clinch the temporalis muscle as well as the strong masseter muscle in the jaw, both have to be massaged for true relief from pain.

This massage focuses on your TMJ (temporomandibular joint).  It will consist of working the entire side of your face, relieving stress in the bottom of your jaw up to your crown, as well as around your jaw, into your neck, and shoulders.

The basic premise in ear candling is the spiral of the cone causes the smoke to be pulled down in to the ear canal. This causes the ear canal to warm up and loosen the wax and any other material. As it heats it up, the candle causes a suction by creating a vacuum in the ear canal. The heat and the vacuum draw out the wax and other materials from the ear canal into the base of the candle. As it burns down you will hear a lot of cracking and hissing. The warmth feels soothing and relaxing during the process. Ear Oil placed in the ear after candling with cotton to cover will protect from further infections.
