- A $30 deposit is required atleast 3 days before your appointment. This can be made via 1st Pay ( 1 246 240-5791), bank transfer (details will be provided) or in cash
- Please send inspo photos and prospective colours via Whatsapp or Instagram Dms at least 2+ days prior to your appointment
- Try to Communicate via one messaging app per appointment to streamline communication eg. Whatsapp only or Insta DMs only
- A grace period of 15 minutes will be granted, there will be a $10 late fee applied afterwards. After 20 minutes, appointment may have to be rescheduled
- Please advise of cancellation 48hrs+ in advance where possible. If less notice is given and after 2 cancellations, full payment would be required to secure the next appointment 
- No shows without communication will not be allowed to rebook without paying full price at the point of booking 
- No extra persons unless they are also getting a service
