POLICIES
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service.
Cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% or the service.
I do not work on other techs work, if you turn up you will be turned away and charged.
If you are late this may result in a simplified service or having to rebook. If you are more than 10 minutes late this will result in a cancellation therefore charged the cancellation fee
If you fail to pay another appointment will not be offered
