Appointment 12:30pm, other person is there. Wasn't seen until 1:05. Zero apology. Only got a 'please close the door all the way in'. Left at 2:45 instead schedule 2:00. (3:33pm I am sorry my child's teacher I am late because I was getting my toes done. Really now) Aggressive pushing and cuticle cutting. 1 day past still sore. Tell me what i did wrong. Great job on the pinky toes, Thanks a lot
