It was my first visit with Beth today. I didn't know what to expect because I have never had Reiki done before. Beth explained everything to me very simply, so I knew what to expect. Pilates is a method of exercise with emphasis on postural alignment. Pilates may utilize special equipment and focuses on low impact flexibility, strength and endurance training. I was introduced to Yoga while in massage school after my undergrad at PSU (here I did fine arts and science). After a surgery to remove a tumor from my inner ear near my brain I used Yoga to recover from my balance trauma. Every modality I offer has 'saved my life' in some way. I knew I needed to share.
