InSync Massage Therapy is run in a peaceful, relaxing and clean environment, offering a range of massage options. Your therapist will discuss your issues, work with you intuitively and tailor a session that works specifically for you as an individual. At InSync I believe an important part of massage is the 'mind/body' integration and keeping yourself in balance (Yin Yang). If we are out of sync mentally, stress will manifest itself and transfer into different areas of our body causing a build up of tension/pain.
