My first experience with Andrew at apex was amazing, Andrew makes you feel very comfortable and goes through everything with you before starting the session. The sports massage was insane, I’ve had trouble with my back for years and the relief whilst and after he was massaging felt amazing. I’ll be booking back in with Andrew after my holiday & I can’t wait. He also gave me some tips on what I can do at home to help with my back so I’ll definitely be doing those everyday to help with my issue. All round good experience and I highly recommend.
