Too many times wellness spaces feel too gentrified to be your true self in. The dream was to hold space for people in a place that felt like home, a space for new friends to retreat too during this crazy journey we call life and also get a bloody good massage! At the Rest:Room, Sound Touch Change welcomes visiting practitioners to rent the space as well, literally calling in a tribe of wellness gurus from sound therapy, online fitness, nutrition, coaching, facials and advanced massage. Focusing each treatment, class or session in a bespoke way to focus on mind, body and energy. Working on the body as a whole to heal the soul. Rest:Room is community wellness. .

This treatment is tailor made on the needs of you. As no two skins are the same we work together to infuse a blend of local organic skincare products, deep lymphatic facial massage and facial tools to drain and brighten a tired, lifeless skin. Every facial includes neck and shoulder massage and Indian Head Massage. Treatment can also include high frequency, LED light treatment, exfoliating wand, gua sha massage and sound healing.
