Asked if my masseuse was RMT, she said yes but no way. She asked if I had any requests, I said right lumbar tightness and spasms, were the reason I booked that day. She forgot. Average massage when I needed something more. I felt like bread dough. She was kneading my body at a fast pace. 3 stars is legit. Bed was comfortable, spa music after I asked for it was appropriate. Will explore other options elsewhere next time. $40 for parking.

I booked this massage to relax before a long overseas flight, but unfortunately it fell short of expectations. The “spa” is essentially a desk in the gym leading to a basic, uninviting room with no special scents or oil options. There was no music until I requested it, and it stopped after 10 minutes. There was also a significant language barrier that made communicating pressure and preferences difficult. My deep-tissue massage lacked both pressure and technique, and the draping felt unprofessional. Overall, it was just okay and not the hotel spa experience I expected. I would not book again.
