Jo was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and her treatment room set the tone immediately, calm, uncluttered, no rush. The lymphatic drainage had a visible effect, my legs and my belly were noticeably less swollen by the end, I hadn’t realised how much fluid I was holding until I saw the difference. But the Reiki was the part that stayed with me. Deeply relaxing, I lost track of time and could have stayed for hours, and it’s the main reason I’ll be booking my next session in a couple of months. Highly recommend if you want more than just a nice couple of hours out.
