Immad is an absolute legend! He always goes the extra mile and pays attention to every little detail, never leaving a job unfinished. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and wants every client walking out happy. He’s friendly, professional and always creates such a great atmosphere. He constantly has people waving and saying hello, which really shows how well-liked he is. His attention to detail, consistency and personality make every visit a great experience. Had an amazing experience at Ace of Fadez with Michael and the team! From the warm welcome when I walked in to the complimentary drinks, and hair wash, everything was great. Michael was very professional and took the time to properly consult with me before starting the haircut. We also had a really meaningful and enjoyable conversation throughout the appointment. It’s not often you get to have a genuinely good chat with someone while getting your hair done. Most importantly, the haircut came out amazing! Couldn’t be happier with the result. Definitely recommend Michael and I’ll be coming back!
