Thanks for your review, ma’am. Unfortunately, that is the standard procedure at 10ingheads. The only exception would be if the stylist didn’t follow the technique she was trained on… in that case, we’re more than happy to fix it for you.

At 10ingheads, we always insert goddess curls after braiding because we use Xpression fibre, which needs to be boiled, and boiling cannot be done once the curls are already in.

Otherwise, we’re really glad you love your hair. 💛

Customer service was great love love love Puleng but I wish the goddess curls were added as well I’m being braid as opposed to after braiding because the curls just sit on the braids and look disconnected 🤷‍♀️
