I really wanted to love my experience, but for €90 I expected a much more premium service. The staff member was very kind, but the appointment felt quite chaotic. I left with glue still on my eyelids after the lash lamination, and the brow correction wasn’t thorough—there were still quite a few stray hairs left. Even after my brows were styled, I didn’t notice much of a difference in the overall shape or hairs. The service was friendly, but the results didn’t reflect the price or the level of detail I was expecting. They did attempt to reconcile the issue, which i appreciated.
