My second waxing appointment and again it was a great experience like my first! Sparkles was incredibly polite, gentle, and patient throughout the entire process. She was also very knowledgeable about her work and made sure to explain each step before starting on a new area, which really helped me feel comfortable and prepared. The environment was clean and comfortable. Honestly, the pain wasn’t as bad as I expected. She was quick and attentive especially with how she handled the area right after removing each strip, which made a big difference. I truly appreciate her professionalism.
