Reiki Treatment - (60 mins)

You will be asked to lay down on a treatment couch, you will be fully clothed except for your shoes. It is best to choose comfortable garments to wear on the day of your appointment. Silver Spiral Reiki Treatments are carried out in a relaxing atmosphere with the use of dimmed lights and meditative music.

Reiki treatments can be carried out hands on, or hands off (hovering above the body). You will be asked your preference prior to treatment. Either way, Reiki energies will automatically flow to where the imbalances are in you body regardless of where the hands are placed.

As the energy flows, most people will feel warmth, or heat, or tingling from the practitioners hands. It is usually a very relaxing experience and some people fall asleep! Other sensations may include seeing coloured lights or feeling as if you are floating.

Indian Head Massage & Reflexology - (90 mins)

First enjoy 45mins of Indian Head Massage then when you are super relaxed you can lie on the couch for a further 45mins of Reflexology.

Indian Head Massage - (45 mins)

Indian Head Massage works on both physical and a mental level. By concentrating on the areas most vulnerable to stress and tension, it provides a de-stressing programme for the whole body. 

We massage the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, hands, scalp  face.

Reflexology (45 mins)

Reflexology is an ancient, manual technique based upon the concept that the entire body is reflected as a system of reflexes on the feet. By pressing on these reflexes, one is able to bring about relaxation and balance in the body, and also assist in overall detoxification and stress reduction.

Reflexology promotes balance and normalisation of the body naturally reduces stress and brings about relaxation. 

Top to Toe - IHM & Reflexology

Sole Serenity - Reflexology & Reiki Treatment (90 mins)

First Enjoy 45 mins of Reflexology and then when you are really relaxed you will receive 45 mins of Reiki.

You will be lying on a treatment couch with your socks and footwear removed. Ideally wear loose fitting trousers so they can be rolled up to the knee.
