The womb is not just a physical organ, it is an energetic centre that stores emotional experiences, relational imprints, ancestral patterns and memory connected to femininity, sexuality, sensuality and creativity. When these energies are held within the body for a long period of time, they create stagnancy that causes imbalance, tension, feelings of heaviness and disconnection, pain during sex and ultimately can cause physical ailments such as PCOS, endometriosis and fertility issues.

In this session, we work on elevating physical, emotional stress and tension stored in the reproductive system through massage and energy work. This works on all layers and is specifically tailed to what you need.

Abdominal Scar healing is a therapeutic treatment that works with scar tissue, fascia and the surrounding tissues of the abdomen to restore mobility, circulation and to restore more movement through your abdominal and pelvic areas.

Scars from C-sections, abdominal surgeries can create restrictions within the connective tissue that affect posture, movement, digestion and the overall flow of the body. Scar tissue can also hold sensitivity and tension.

For those who have experienced a C-section, this work can also support the emotional healing process connected to birth. The body holds memories of significant life events within the tissues and within the scar energy can get 'trapped'. This allows a release of stored tension related to the birth experience. 

This treatment is slow & guided by the body's natural healing pace, supporting both the physical and emotional restoration of the body.
