Blow Dry  - Short Hair

Highlights are a hair colouring technique where selected strands are lightened to create contrast, brightness, and dimension in the hair. They can range from subtle to bold and are fully customizable based on the desired look. How It Works:
Lightener or color is applied to sections of hair, usually using foils.
These lighter pieces are blended with your natural or base color to brighten and lift the overall appearance.
