This is not your typical deep tissue massage. This treatment targets trigger points in your fascial tissues to release tension, reduce muscle soreness, increase range of motion and improve overall well being.

Deep Tissue - Targeted Release

Shift your system into gear with cold water therapy by challenging your body to function beyond its comfort zone. Deliberate cold exposure reports an improved mental state and far better sleep patterns, naturally creating balance and increasing the levels of neurotransmitters like dopamine and feel-good serotonin. By exposing your body to colder temperatures, you’re also able to alter the behavior of your fat cells.

Each session includes up to 30 minutes of cold plunge recovery, and can be booked individually or if you're feeling social you can book this room for a private group of up to 2 people at one time.

Swimwear must be worn and always shower before entering the ice bath.

Ice Bath

The perfect spot to unwind and embrace tranquility solo or with a friend. Equipped with a cutting-edge cedarwood full spectrum infrared sauna and in-room shower amenities, it offers an escape from the stresses of everyday life.

Combine the RLT with your Infrared Sauna Session to obtain the benefits of both therapies at once. RLT has been scientifically proven to boost collagen production, reduce inflammation, improve sleep and mental wellbeing, and aid in muscle recovery.

Red Light Therapy 

Add the Body Sculpt Massage technique to your session. 
This treatment involves a series of controlled pressure movements using specialized wooden instruments to break down stubborn, fibrous cellulite tissue while draining the area to enhance lymphatic circulation and toxin elimination. This process stimulates the body's ability to metabolize fat and helps reduce the dimpled appearance of cellulite, resulting in a smoother, more toned body.
