Hands-on treatment tailored to the individual, incorporating a combination of massage, myofascial release, spinal manipulation and exercise prescription where appropriate.

Deep Tissue Massage

Myofascial Release is hands-on work I use focused on the fascia - the connective tissue that wraps around your muscles, organs, bones and ligaments. When fascia gets restricted, it can pull on everything around it. I use gentle, sustained pressure to help it unwind, which tends to ease movement and reduce pain.
It’s suitable for most ages, including people recovering from surgery. Most people notice a difference after one session. For anything chronic, I usually recommend a course of four weekly treatments.

Relax & Reset 

A targeted soft-tissue therapy designed to prevent injury, enhance athletic performance, and accelerate recovery. I use clinical techniques - such as deep tissue work, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to relieve muscle tension and break down scar tissue.

Sports Massage

As a qualified physiotherapist and pilates instructor, I like to look at the whole body to understand what treatment would be best. 

Expect talking, gentle movement, alignment advice. I'll get to know you and your body better so I can give a more tailored treatment and advice.
