The consultation was detailed, and the advice provided was clear and tailored to my needs. I booked a Hydrafacial with extractions and was impressed from start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming, the skin analysis was thorough and informative, and the therapist was highly skilled and gentle. My skin felt cleaner, smoother and more refreshed than it has in a long time. Every staff member I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Highly recommended.
