I'm Michelle, mum of two girls, Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor offering 1-1, 2-1 and 3-1 classes & CPD accredited Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage therapist. Finding a passion in movement and wellbeing to help with my own personal physical struggles over the years I wanted to do something that I knew could help others.
