You will be treated by a therapist that has a Diploma in Beauty Therapy & a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. Michelle also holds 4 separate certifications from Pregnancy Massage Australia which allows her to offer a high quality, fully trained and certified massage in relaxation, hot stone, deep tissue, sports, remedial, pregnancy (throughout all 3 trimesters - from the day you find out, to the day you give birth *as long as both you and baby are healthy and well) and postnatally (as early as and as soon as you’re ready and feeling well enough *timing varies on your birth and recovery postnatally, usually between 1-7weeks).

In addition to deep relaxation of the body’s muscles and soft tissues, hot stone massage performed by a certified therapist can alleviate pain, improve circulation, and is believed to rid the body of toxins. This modality can also reduce stress and promote a sense of calm.
