Matt was lovely to chat to, took the time to understand what I wanted for my cut and why (and the several ways I wear it during the growth stage), and to understand how I was going to approach my own bleach and dye after so the cut could suit it. Was also a very relaxing person to be around after I'd had a bad experience elsewhere due to my perceived gender. I feel more like myself again - thank you Matt! (I'm doing my colour tonight, fingers crossed.)
