22 years ago I got curious about massage, yoga and healing. I trained in various modalities to include Relaxation / Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Sports, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Lomi Lomi, Reiki, Quantum Hypnosis (QHHT) and more. Previous to Tairua, I ran a successful Holistic Day Spa and Yoga Wellness Retreat for 9 years in Hanmer Springs.

I had a very insightful & amazing QHHT session with Mary Jo. She has a great wealth of knowledge and awareness around realigning with your higherself/ inner wisdom. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session and came away with some very useful tools to help me on my journey. I highly recommend her.
