Ashiatsu is a barefoot modality in which the practitioner uses their feet and body weight to deliver a therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue massage. The force of gravity, combined with the broad gliding contact of the foot, generates a slow, consistent massage that stimulates stretching, and increases hydration and relaxation in the recipient’s body. These sessions are unique in their potential to create structural change and healing in the body while deeply soothing the nervous system at the same time.​ 
Parallel bars above the table and attached straps are used for the therapist’s balance and client safety. Pressure & intensity can be adjusted per client request.

This treatment is not recommended for those who are pregnant or trying to conceive.
