Lily did an amazing job with my hair. My hair is really difficult to manage. She listened to what changes I wanted to the overall style, and was really careful and thorough and it looked like different hair at the end of the session.

Lily was lovely, put me at ease, she was very knowledgeable and skilled.

Lily was great at her job. She was very gentle, caring, and gave advice on what was best for me. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism and kind approach made the whole experience a really positive one.
