You will lie face up on a comfortable massage table and we begin with deep breathing exercises, inhaling lavender scent then a gentle massage of the neck, shoulders and scalp using smooth strokes, kneading, and stretching to relieve tension and stiffness. The session concludes with a few moments of stillness. This calming treatment is perfect for alleviating stress and promoting overall well-being.
