Follow Up appointments only! (if you have not been seen by us before, please book a new client appointment). Sports massage is not just for athletes, this deep tissue massage can help deal with an array of problems caused by the demands of daily life, including poor posture, physically demanding jobs, or jobs which require you to sit at a desk all day.
This specialist care can also alleviate long term problems caused by tension in your muscles and regular strain on your joints, ligaments and tendons.
If an injury has occurred, sports massage can aid recovery by helping to improve flexibility and mobility and preventing the build up of scar tissue. 
Please specify in the notes the type of massage you require. 

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage 

All new clients are required to book an initial assessment add on to their first appointment for a full discussion of health and injuries to ensure for the most effective treatment.
Please select this option along side the treatment you require e.g. Pilates, sports massage or hot stones massage. 
Please not this is not a full injury assessment appointment, it is just added time for the clinician to understand you medical background and needs.

New Client Initial Assessment 

Get a thorough injury evaluation with both subjective and objective assessments to guide your diagnosis and treatment plan. This session includes hands-on therapy, a tailored exercise plan, and is led by a specialist in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Please dress appropriately for your appointment.
