Jacob was fantastic. He kept checking on me to may sure that the pressure was not too much or too little. He also was very respectful and informative. Pleasant voice and a good listener. I had a great experience at The Right Touch. Jacob was skilled, and was also a great communicator. There was a perfect balance between friendly chat and lots of comfortable (REALLY comfortable for me!) silence. The location is convenient for me with easy parking, and overall my experience exceeded 10 out of 10!
