What impressed me was that he listened exactly to what I wanted, then gave his assessment on what would work best for me. You can really tell that he knows how to handle thick hair types. The results are perfect, and I felt completely valued as a client. Also worth mentioning that I always had issues with adverse effects of hair colour, but this is the first time I did not have a reaction with their product at all. Highly recommend!"
