An award-winning reflexology technique created by Sally Kay. It focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet with the aim to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body.

Research shows RLD has helped reduce secondary lymphoedema and may also reduce inflammation in autoimmune conditions such as arthritis etc.

1 treatment a week for 4 weeks is highly recommended.

For secondary lymphoedema, the 60 minute treatment is recommended 

For autoimmune conditions,  the 40 minute treatment is recommended.



Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) 60 mins

A great introduction to foot reflexology, this half an hour of heaven focuses on specific reflex points to induce a feeling of deep relaxation and wellbeing. Whilst less comprehensive than the 60 and 90 minute treatments in that not all reflex areas are worked, this is still a wonderful doorway into what reflexology can offer you. 

It is highly recommended to have at least 1 treatment per week for a minimum of 4 weeks to maximise your reflexology benefits.

Perfect treatment for managing stress when used as a programme of 6 weekly treatments.

This treatment uses calming cranial, facial, and foot massage aswell as specific reflex points on the cranium, face, and feet to soothe away stress and refill you with calm tranquility. Hot Stones will melt away all tension and leave you feeling utterly Zen.
