A bespoke union of massage, reflexology, sound, breathwork, reiki and energy work - no two sessions are ever the same, because no two bodies arrive needing the same thing. Hazel begins by reading what's present - held tension, an unsettled mind, energy that feels blocked or scattered - and responds in real time, drawing on the full toolkit to meet it.

Massage may soften into reflexology. Sound may rise where breathwork settles. Reiki and energy work move beneath the surface, unwinding what words can't quite reach. It's less a treatment with a fixed shape than a conversation between practitioner and body - improvised, intuitive, precisely calibrated to you.

Come without expectation. This is the one for whoever needs "a bit of everything," and trusts their body to recognise what that means.
