A one hour tailored sports massage using soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques to help: 
- Stretching muscles to prevent injury. 
- Boosting blood flow for quicker recovery. 
- Freeing up movement after exercise.


Sports Massage

After a quick consultation, you will receive a full-body massage treatment with strong pressure that builds up. Expect extra focus on tense spots, where elbows, fists, forearms and knuckles might be used to work out knots. 


Deep Tissue Massage

During your first consultation, your osteopath will begin by taking a detailed case history, asking questions about your general health, medical background, and the nature of your current complaint.

This is followed by a thorough physical assessment, which may involve performing certain movements to help your therapist better understand the underlying causes of your symptoms.

Once enough information has been gathered to form a working diagnosis — and provided no red flags (serious medical concerns) are identified — treatment will begin. Your osteopath will use a combination of techniques tailored to your needs, including soft tissue therapy, joint articulation, osteopathic manipulations, medical acupuncture, and other evidence-based approaches.

⚠️ Please note: No treatment will be performed unless the assessment is complete, a working diagnosis is established, and the therapist is confident that treatment is both safe and appropriate.


Initial Consultation + Treatment

During follow-up sessions, your osteopath will review your progress since the last appointment and carry out a shorter reassessment to monitor improvements and any changes in your symptoms. Treatment will then continue, building on the work done in previous sessions and adjusting techniques as needed to support your recovery.
