Full Body Massage

The therapy involves guiding positive energies throughout your body by either using gentle touch or placing my hands just above the body, paying particular attention to the chakra’s. The energy transferred leads to deep relaxation, balance, healing, peace and harmony. 

Reiki Healing

Sports Massage is a highly popular treatment for any sports person. It can help alleviate aches and pains from sport, improve performance and aid recovery. Sports Massage is equally effective for anyone suffering the effects from working in an office environment or similar as this takes it’s own toll on the body. 
Sports massage involves the manipulation of soft tissue and focuses on specific muscles and the areas causing you problems. 
We offer 45 minute, 60 minute and 75 minute treatments depending on your schedule.

This 30 minute therapy focuses mainly on those areas that tend to carry that extra amount of tension and stress. We will help you to relax and get rid of some of that tightness with a Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage. Whether you would like something that targets those knots or something to completely relax the body, we've got you covered! 

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a specialist therapy that uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones on particular areas of the body. These areas may include your spine, palms of hands, legs or between your toes. 
Massage is then also carried out using the stones, the hot stones increase the rate in which the muscles will warm up; making them more supple and easier to work with. The hot stones also provide a sense of calm and relaxation, promote blood flow and circulation and increase the amount of oxygen and nutrients to the area being worked on. 
Cold stones may also be used during a therapy if the individual receiving treatment wishes. The use of cold stones promote healing and recovery, reduce swelling and inflammation in injured muscles and momentarily reduce the amount of blood and oxygen provided to an area. 
This treatment focuses on energy points situated throughout the body providing a sense of rebalance and harmony to your muscles.
