Good choice for tired, strained muscles. More intence than swedish massage. It can concentrate on back and shoulders, or the whole body. Its slower pace treatment that work on deep layers of the muscles. 
Reduces muscle tension:  Stress can manifest in the body with increased muscle tension and sometimes pain. Improves recovery of soft tissue injuries. Some from the long list of benefits are detoxication, improved blood circulation, improved sleep.
You might feel like you worked muscles you didnt know they existed, but after a few days you will be more relaxed and in  less pain then before.

What to expect when you get access bars (session)? 
You can, but don't have to prepare, by thinking about what part of your life you would like to change/improve. 
 A session is 90 minutes long.
We have a short chat at the beginning of the session. You will be laying on your back, (dress comfortably) under a blanket if needed. At the beginning I will walk around and touch your hands and feet. Then keep my hand on various points on your head with a gentle touch. You don't have to do anything, just let your thoughts and feelings flow. Falling asleep is all right. The bars run anyway.
What access bar beneficial for?
Access bars are beneficial for anxiety, stress, restless sleep, and depression. 
If you have a repetitive pattern in your life. If you willing to change your attitude towards a reoccurring problem. You can lose your judgement towards yourself, or your behaviour. 
There is no age limit or contraindication for the bars. It  can give a more positive outlook in life.
