Foot scrub & massage - choosing from a lime and ginger sugar scrub or a Rose quartz polish. 


The scrub is applied generously all over the feet, with a little warm water, before using warm mitts to take it off followed by peppermint and lime balm which is applied to one foot at a time, the balm melts as it is massaged into the foot , this wonderful foot and ankle massage leave your feel feeling refreshed and soft.

- The lime and ginger has an invigorating and uplifting scent

- The rose quartz contains rose hip and hibiscus which will leave your feet feeling crystal clear and smooth.


Foot Scrub & Massage (15 mins)

It is a powerful and rhythmic massage that will help to alleviate, tired, tight, stiff and achy muscles. Combining it with using a customised muscular essential oil blend to use in treatment and to take home to carry on using in between visits.
Please not that this treatment will work deep into the muscle, discomfort may occur during the treatment and after the treatment. In some case a temporary mark or bruise may be left.
