Hi, I just wanted to take a moment to thank Ella for her exceptional service this afternoon. I arrived right on 5pm as she was finishing up, but she was so kind, generous, and still took the time to do my eyebrows and colour. I really appreciate her going above and beyond and staying back late to fit me in. She was absolutely lovely, and I would highly recommend Ella to anyone my eyebrows look fantastic.
