Sports Massage

Deep Tissue Massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is used for chronic aches and pain and helps to break up scar tissue that forms, reducing tension in muscle and tissue.  It can be an excellent stress reliever, lower blood pressure and heart rate and rehabilitates injured muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage       

Reiki is a Japanese energy based technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include feelings of peace, calm and wellbeing.  It is simple and safe and a treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.  No oils are used or clothes removed.  This is NOT suitable for pregnant women. No clothing is removed for this therapy.
