Ayurvedic 'Reflexology' Foot Massage

A detoxifying and exfoliation treatment (urdvatana) followed by medicated oil massage (aghyanga).

A body rub of ground Ayurvedic herbs draws out impurities and reduces water retention. The natural herbs leave the skin glowing. This facial uses the Argan and Kale range from Nourish London.   All formulations are anti-ageing and designed to restore and repair the skin and give it more resilience.  Natural anti-oxidants, amino acids, and probiotic minerals are used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and counter the effects of pollution.   The range is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Gentle lymphatic massage drains puffiness whilst activation of the vital energy points on the face and neck increase blood flow for a youthful healthy appearance.
