Service includes shampooing, blow-drying, and braiding your natural hair. For a seamless experience, please ensure your wig is ready to wear.

If your wig requires customization, such as washing, bleaching, or plucking, please drop it off 48–72 hours before your appointment during business hours.

If this timeframe isn’t met, a $50 Express Customization Fee will apply. We highly recommend having all new wigs washed and prepared before installation.

If you would like to add additional services, please mention them when booking so we can allocate enough time for your appointment. Same-day add-on services are subject to your stylist’s availability.

If your wig is being dropped off for customization, please let us know the quality of the hair. Some wigs marketed as human or virgin hair may not withstand washing or chemical processing. ZoeE Salon is not responsible for damage resulting from the quality or construction of the hair.
