Today i had a really beautiful experience having reflexology and Reiki back to back. It was a very relaxing and grounding experience. Barry was very welcoming, friendly, professional and has a beautiful gift. It was lovely to take some much needed time for myself to relax and release. Thank you Barry. I will definitely be back for another treatment.

My son has been going to reflexology with Barry for some time now, and after seeing the benefits it has had for him, I decided it was time to try it for myself. I had my first session with Barry today and honestly, I don’t think I have ever felt so relaxed! From start to finish, it was such a fantastic experience. I left feeling completely relaxed, calm and like I had finally taken some time to properly unwind.
