I had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend them to anyone. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away, and it was clear they’re confident in what they do. Nothing felt rushed - they took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave great advice without any pressure. My hairdresser was skilled, professional, and made the whole appointment enjoyable.
