I booked a treatment at the SEVAN Spa for my Mum on her birthday, adding a note that I wanted to make her feel as special as possible. Sally went above and beyond to help me achieve that & I am so incredibly grateful to her & all the staff at the spa and Idle Rocks hotel. My Mum said her treatment was beautiful & the setting could not be more perfect.
