I had a bio kinesiology session with Ruth yesterday . I found it amazing! I have been having awful headaches and fatigue and bloating issues and Ruth has pinpointed a lactase enzyme deficiency . I would highly recommend Ruth to anyone suffering with digestive issues. When things aren’t adding up and you feel like you’re doing everything right . It’s worth considering for sure. She was kind empathetic and didn’t rush and has a calming influence .
