Bespoke Bodywork 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is an extremely gentle rhythmic advanced type of massage applied in a specific order and directly on the skin using no medium, which stimulates and has a powerful cleansing, relaxing, pain relieving and immunological effect on the body’s lymphatic system. By increasing the flow through the vessels and nodes, your system will be able to filter out waste, dead cells, excess proteins, and toxins. An increase in the production of lymphocytes will also heighten your body’s ability to fight infections. The Vodder technique MLD can be combined with body sculpting techniques and silicone cupping to improve the appearance and texture of cellulite. 

Post operative MLD Bodywork is often recommended following cosmetic procedures and operations to aid recovery and healing as it reduces swelling and bruising, while also promoting the elimination of toxins and cellular debris. * Recommend booking an hours Pre-op MLD Bodywork Consultation to discuss and plan your aftercare.

Dry Cupping is an ancient treatment whereby cups are applied onto the skin via a vacuum, creating a negative pressure.  This increases blood circulation and releases white blood cells and platelets into the area which improves the flow of oxygen to the tissues, easing pain and encouraging the body's healing responses.   

Cupping is an effective treatment for sports and injury rehabilitation as it aids muscle  relaxation, clears metabolic waste, increases range of motion and reduces musculoskeletal pain. 

It can help with scar tissue rehabilitation and to detoxify dysfunctional tissues. 

Cupping can ease chronic pain conditions including fibromyalgia, aid with bloating and gastric conditions.

It is also effective in easing diaphragmatic conditions such as anxiety-related shallow breathing and asthma. 

Dry cupping can cosmetically improve the skin texture and is great for detoxification.

Myofascial Dry Cupping Therapy 

The Energy Rebalancing Treatment is incredibly effective in clearing blockages in the body to help engage its natural healing responses and is a profoundly mindful experience. This treatment is recommended for managing high stress, chronic pain, states of anxiety and general wellbeing.

Beginning by clearing the body's energy channels within the dense energy body (physical tissues) by rolling, shaking and mobilising massage techniques followed by long sweeping strokes. Acupressure points will be stimulated to bring relaxation to the body, unblocking and clearing the energy.  Combining this with breath work, Reiki a Japanese healing system and chakra balancing increases the vibration of the whole self to achieve a more relaxed and balanced state of being. The ultimate aim is to re-harmonise and help you to return to a state of wellness holistically.

Cosmetic facial acupuncture can be combined with light-emitting diode (LED) light therapy a combination of Eastern traditional practices meet with modern technology in this deeply relaxing treatment. This treatment can be used as a one off deeply relaxing holistic skin detoxification.
